1. Rim a glass with LISTO Chilli Salt
2. Shake 45ml Margarita Mix, 45ml tequila and plenty of ice
3. Strain margarita into glass and top with fresh ice
4. Add Chilli Infusion to taste. 5 drops for mild, 10 drops for spicy and 20 drops to knock your socks off.

LISTO Margarita Mix: If unopened will last for at least 6 months from delivery date. Once open, store in the fridge and enjoy within 5 days.
Salt: Best to consume within 6 months of purchase. We don't use any anti-caking agent to contents may clump slightly. Shake to loosen.
Chilli Infusion: As this is an alcohol-based product it will last minimum 12 months from delivery. Sediment may settle slightly.

Do you sell the Chilli Infusion by itself?
On our website the Chilli Infusion is only available as part of our Spicy Marg Pack. We had been selling it individually but were losing money every order (packing & shipping costs etc.) so couldnât keep it up!
You can find it at about 120 Dan Murphys around Australia. Best way to check is pop in your location on their website.
Do you make a bigger bottle?
Our Margarita Mix is only available in a compact 360ml bottle. Don't let that dissuade you - it goes a suprisingly long way.
With a 45ml pour you will get 8 margaritas from every bottle (or 96 margs from a case!).
This bottle size means your marg mix will always taste fresh, even without preservatives. It means you can enjoy a marg on any occasion, and don't have to rally a to finish a bottle! Finally our compact bottle size reduces the chance of leftover marg mix going to waste.
Do you do events?
At the moment we just offer the Margarita Mix and garnishes for events (ie. no set up and service staff).

How much tequila do I need?
For a regular Tommy's Marg you will need to shake 45ml of tequila and 45ml of Margarita Mix.
While this may seem strong, this is just how they make them in a bar. Your drink will get a little diluted as you shake it with ice and is designed to be served over ice.
You will need 1 bottle of tequila for every 2 bottles of LISTO Margarita Mix.
How do I make a non-alcoholic margarita?
Pour 45ml LISTO mix over ice in a salt-rimmed glass and top with chilled soda.
There are also some great non-alc spirits on the market. A great place to start is Lyre's Tequila Alternative.
