Shipping & Returns

All orders are dispatched and shipped from Sydney within 3 business days of being received. Once dispatched, orders will usually arrive within 3-6 business days. Please allow an extra 6 days for WA deliveries.

For orders over $75, standard delivery is free. For orders under $75, standard delivery is $9.90.

Occasionally deliveries will be misplaced by a third party courier. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us at and we will arrange a replacement.

All care is taken to ensure your order arrives in one piece. Due to the delicate nature of the product, damage does occur occasionally. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the items and we will replace your order.



As we are a food retailer, we can’t accept any returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If you do have an issue with LISTO, please email us at and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
