OOMARGARITA
An Oomami x LISTO spin on the Spicy Margarita. Think sweet, salty, spicy, limey and packed with umami!

To make an OOMARGARITA:
1. Salt the rim of a coupe glass.
2. Shake 45ml of LISTO and 45ml of tequila with ice.
3. Strain OOMARGARITA into glass.
4. Drop 6 drops of Oil on surface of drink.
5. Enjoy!
The remaining oil can be drizzled over savoury dishes (use sparingly - it’s potent!).
Sprinkle the remaining salt over cut fruit for a sweet/savoury treat.
