Mezcal Paloma

This spin on a classic Paloma is complex, smoky and effervescent. 

1. Salt the rim of a highball glass.
2. Add 30ml LISTO, 30ml tequila and plenty of ice to the glass.
3. Top with 100ml grapefruit soda and 15ml mezcal.
4. Garnish wtih a slice of grapefruit.
