Mezcal Paloma

 

This spin on a classic Paloma is complex, smoky and effervescent. 

1. Salt the rim of a highball glass.
2. Add 45ml LISTO Paloma Mix, 45ml mezcal and plenty of ice to the glass.
3. Top with 70ml soda water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
