A Mediterranean spin on the Margarita.
Tangy, sweet, herbaceous (and as a bonus, uses the pomegranate molasses that has been sitting in your cupboard since you tried an Ottolenghi recipe).
- 45ml LISTO
- 45 ml blanco tequila
- Half teaspoon of pomegranate molasses
- Mint sprig
- Sugar cube
- Handful of ice
- Prep the glass with a pomegranate molasses and salt rim, plenty of ice and a sprig of mint
- Shake LISTO, tequila, molasses, mint, sugar cube and ice
- Strain into glass
