A simple Hemingway Daiquiri variation with a grapefruit backbone and tropical edge.
Add to shaker:
30ml LISTO Paloma Mix
30ml Lillet Blanc
30ml Havana Club Rum
Teaspoon of grapefruit marmalade
Plenty of ice
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
